• Our “Standard Cleaning” is based off of square footage of your home
• Customize your cleaning with areas that are not part of our “Standard Cleaning List”  (Ex:  clean bbq pit, inside refrigerator, inside cabinets, interior logs of home, inside oven, etc.)

We are here to help!  For all commercial or post construction related services, please call or text us (406) 407-4276.  We will respond as soon as possible to set up a time to meet with you at the location to evaluate and submit a bid.  Usually we will email our bid to you within 48 hours from the time we leave the site.

The following is our “Standard Home Cleaning Checklist” which is included in the base price (determined by square footage of your home).  Please check our list of “Extras” that we also clean for an additional fee.

The following is a list of items that we clean (for an additional fee) that are Not on our “Standard Home Cleaning Checklist”.

• Clean interior windows ($2/each) and blinds ($10/each)
• Clean/sanitize outdoor grill ($25/each)
• Clean inside cabinets (kitchen, bathroom) ($40/hr)
• Clean inside oven ($40/hr)
• “I have pets” ($25) (this will automatically be added to the base price if there is “excessive” hair)
• Strip & make bed ($8/each)
• Clean inside refrigerator ($20/each)
• Clean/organize garage ($40/hour)
• Extremely dirty home ($40) (this will automatically be added to the base price for a home that needs “attention to extra buildup”)

This is our “Standard Residential Interior Post Construction Cleaning” checklist below.

KITCHEN

• Cabinets (front, inside, drawers, shelves, etc)
• Countertops and shelves dusted and/or wiped
• Sinks and backsplash washed
• Exterior of appliances cleaned (stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher)
• Small appliances wiped (microwave, toaster, coffee maker)
• All surfaces dusted and/or wiped
• Windows cleaned (inside, up to 8 feet)
• Windowsills and window tracks cleaned
• Baseboards dusted and/or wiped
• Walls cleaned
• Doorknob, doorframes, doors, light switches wiped
• Trash removed
• Floor vacuumed (with Shop Vacuum and Standard Vacuum)
• Hard surface flooring washed

BATHROOMS

• Bathtub, shower walls, glass doors cleaned and sanitized
